I own and run a 3 year old roofing business and found I was so busy I was letting both new leads go untouched and not having time to follow up after sending quotes. I was reluctant to try cold calling. I agreed to one month as a test. After a month, I had 13 leads and none turned into a deal so I stopped. Then they sent me one last lead that I closed!
