We generate each lead specifically for your criteria and deliver them fresh. Our reputation (and business model) depends on exclusivity. Think about it—would you come back to us if you found out we were double-dipping with your leads? Neither would anyone else.

We primarily use Payoneer for payments, with PayPal as an alternative option. Both are secure and provide clear transaction records.

No long-term commitment required—we operate month-to-month because we’re confident you’ll stay. That said, expecting miracles in week one is like expecting six-pack abs after one sit-up. Give it at least 60 days before judging results.

Crystal balls aren’t our thing, but typically 15-20 motivated seller leads monthly when following our process. That said, your market and list quality matter—garbage lists produce garbage results, regardless of who’s dialing.

You can bring your own or we can help hunt them down. Fair warning: list acquisition costs extra because good data isn’t cheap. But bad data is expensive in a completely different way.

Even with our rigorous screening, sometimes people aren’t entirely honest (shocking, we know). If you identify a lead as a time-waster or bluffer, just let us know. Once we verify it was indeed a dud, we’ll replace it, no questions asked. Our qualification process catches most of these, but we’ve got your back when one slips through.

We operate nationwide but performance varies by market. Some areas naturally produce more motivated sellers than others. During onboarding, we’ll give you honest feedback about your target areas.
